Electronic cigarettes a far better healthier solution There is only one problem with smoking conventional cigarettes and that is all the associated health risks that they carry, namely smokers cough, heart disease, respiratory diseases, lung cancer and cancer in itself. These are not the only disadvantage’s of smoking conventional Tobacco cigarettes there is the cost of smoking as well to consider if you spend five pound a day smoking a pack of 20 cigarettes that works, out at 35 pounds a week times that by a month then you are looking at a hundred and 40 pounds a month. Then if we look at a year then it comes to 1680 pounds a year, it has to be said that is an awful lot of money. The great thing about electronic cigarette smoking is it is far cheaper than conventional smoking is, without the health risks there are other advantages as well, when you go out for a drink in a bar then you are not affected by the recent smoking bans that have been implemented in public houses. The difference between electronic cigarettes and conventional smoking is electronic cigarettes tend not to contain all the poisonous chemicals in them compared to normal cigarettes. How they work is they have a atomiser which produces a vapour which is similar to cigarette smoke and contains nicotine so you are still able to get your nicotine fix without all the health risks that normal cigarettes carry.
